A good patio adds usable living space to your home for a fraction of the cost of an addition. We design the shape, size and slope around how you'll actually use it, so water drains away from the house and the furniture sits level.

Concrete Patios FAQ
How much does a concrete patio cost?
A plain broom-finish patio typically runs $7 to $12 per square foot; stamped and colored patios run higher. We'll price your exact design for free.
Do I need a permit for a patio?
Most ground-level patios don't need a permit, but HOAs often require approval. We can provide drawings and specs for your HOA submission.
Concrete patio or pavers?
Concrete costs less up front, has no joints for weeds or ants, and with stamping can look like stone or brick. Pavers are easier to patch. We'll help you weigh it.
